To customers who do not have their own server rooms, we offer to host their private clouds in selected server rooms which we rent. These facilities always meet the security, climate performance and environmental standards agreed with the customer. Quick launch and scalability
If an extremely quick launch is needed, we are able to separate the private environment from our public infrastructure resources and start up the location in a short time. By locating a private cloud in our server room, the customer has access to our pool of free hardware resources that can be used for rapid extension scaling.
Easily scalable cost models
Our services are billed based on easily measurable metrics that can be tailored to match user-consumption patterns. We have an installation fee and a consumption-based fee where increases in basic parameters, such as making more RAM available for VMs or increasing the space available on SSDs, translate into a linear monthly charge or a one-off fee.
Comprehensive end-2-end solution with full support
A private cloud provided by us comes with complete systems identical to those for our public clouds and includes handling of all processes over the life cycle of the installation. The standard and level of service for our private cloud ensure the speed, scalability, flexibility, and billability of the services tantamount to that of the public cloud.
Responsibility for all cloud components such as hardware, network, management, and storage
We offer a comprehensive service, and therefore we are responsible for every aspect of it, from the server room floor to service management software which eliminates the splitting of responsibility among many providers. This structure also accelerates failure diagnosis and troubleshooting. On top of this, there is no need to determine the primary cause of the failure on the customer side.
Many locations in the EU
We are present in six locations in Poland and Germany, and in each of them, we can launch additional components of the infrastructure. This enables us to appropriately plan out geographical redundancy against the other locations used.
